In addition to our extensive internal training, all of our Staffing Managers and Coordinators must pass the difficult Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) employment law exam and maintain continuing education every year to keep their certification. We pride ourselves on our ability to consistently and competently deal with the various HR and employment law issues that inevitably arise in a knowledgeable, professional manner that will, in the long run, save you money and time. And our internal turnover is among the best in the industry. Once they’re on board, we do whatever we can to keep them happy so they can keep you happy.

Our full-service Marketing Department utilizes the nation’s largest job boards (Indeed, Snag-A-Job, ZipRecruiter, Monster, and more), Google AdWords, SEO, social media, and other Internet-based advertising along with traditional (billboards, newspaper, radio, etc.) and guerilla (sign-holders, flyers, road signs, etc.) advertising methods to literally scour under every rock and crevice to find you the people you need, when you need them. We can’t promise that we’ll always fill every position request, but if they are available, qualified, and willing to work for the offered pay, we will do a better job of finding them and placing them in your facility than any other service out there.
