Hiring Process

The team at Luttrell Staffing is committed to making the hiring process as straightforward and simple as possible. When you choose to work with Luttrell Staffing, you’ll go through the following steps:

Submit your application using our job board, or by stopping in to your closest Luttrell Staffing Group office. A member of the Luttrell Staffing recruiting team will review your information. If you meet our hiring criteria we will contact you to continue through the process.

If you are invited in for an appointment, your recruiter will conduct a one-on-one interview to assess your interests, experience, career goals and work preferences. During the interview, they will review your work history and identify opportunities that may be right for you.

Once you are hired, you will receive a manual containing Luttrell Staffing Group employee information and policies & procedures. You will also receive orientation in areas such as Safety and Health, and our Workplace Harassment policy.

You will be asked to complete state and federal tax forms, an I-9 form and provide proof of identity and employment authorization from a list of acceptable documents on the I-9 form.

We will contact previous employers to verify dates of employment and work performance. You must also be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.
