David began working in the staffing industry in 1988 and opened the first Luttrell Staffing office in 1993. He is an active member of the Rogersville community, having previously served as president of the local chamber of commerce and currently serving on the Area Youth Council. David has two grown children.
A native-born Russian, Lana (Svetlana) is a graduate of St. Petersburg State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture who came to the United States to pursue a carrier in architecture. Lana is married to Marty Luttrell and has two daughters. Along with David Luttrell, she purchased several Kentucky branches, then known as Quality Personnel service, as a certified woman-owned business in 2014. Lana is majority owner and CEO of Luttrell Staffing Group’s woman-owned companies.
Mary joined the Luttrell Staffing team in 1996 as a part-time office assistant in Castlewood, VA. After working several positions in two other Virginia offices (Lebanon & Abingdon), she eventually moved to Johnson City, TN, becoming Branch Manager in 2007. From there, Mary’s career trajectory includes stints as District Manager (Johnson City, Greeneville, and Morristown) in 2014, Strategic Business Development Manager in 2016, and her current role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) since January 2017. She currently serves on the Tennessee State Council for the American Staffing Association. Mary is passionate about helping our clients and branches find solutions to the unique challenges they face.
Monica Shuffett is Vice President of Luttrell Staffing Group’s certified woman-owned (WBENC) Kentucky branches as well as our middle Tennessee branches. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration / Management degree from Lindsey Wilson College and is an ASA Certified Staffing Professional (CSP). Shuffett’s staffing career began in 1997 when she joined then-Quality Personnel’s Columbia, Kentucky office as a branch manager. Her duties expanded to include the role of marketing coordinator, where she assisted the company’s six branches with recruiting, marketing, and overall company branding. Shuffett was promoted to VP of the WBENC Kentucky and Middle Tennessee Branches in 2021.
Samantha began her Luttrell Staffing career as a Staffing Manager in August of 1998, eventually moving up the ranks from there. After wearing dual hats of Rogersville Branch Manager and Risk Control Manager for several years, Samantha was promoted to Regional Manager in 2009. Throughout her Luttrell Staffing career, she has always played an integral role in IT and system support, eventually assuming the role of that department’s director in 2015. Samantha attended ETSU and Walter State Community College to acquire a degree in computer science. Married to her husband, Mike, since 1997, Samantha has two boys. She enjoys the outdoors, biking and running.
Soon after college, Scott started with Luttrell Staffing as a Staffing Manager in 1999, eventually taking over the Bristol, TN office as Branch Manager in 2005. After almost a decade as Bristol’s manager, he assumed the role of Director of Marketing in October of 2014. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources as well as an MBA from East Tennessee State University. He and his wife, Kim, have four children.
The daughter of co-owner Marty Luttrell, Chelsea began working full time over ten years ago, eager to get involved in the family business. In 2011, she helped spearhead the expansion of the company into North Georgia with the inception of our Gainesville, GA location, serving as Regional Manager over that territory for several years. After serving for a time as Regional Director for our Gainesville, Morristown, Greeneville, and Johnson City offices, Chelsea took on the role of leading Luttrell Staffing Group’s brand-new training & development department.
Melissa graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting in 2004. She then worked as an auditor for a regional public accounting firm for 7 years, gaining experience in audits of employee benefit plans, for-profits and nonprofits. She earned the certified public accountant (CPA) designation in 2008. Melissa served in accounting management positions for several years before beginning her career with Luttrell Staffing Group in June 2020. She considers it especially rewarding to lead accounting teams, implement process improvements and strengthen the dynamic between operations and finance. She has been married to her husband, Brad, since 2005, and they are blessed with one son, Brady. Melissa enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching her son play sports and actively serving at her church.
After joining our company in 2007 as a staffing manager, Kim moved to business development in 2009, successfully handling accounts from Abingdon to Morristown for more than a decade. She is passionate about serving other people and working toward building strong partnerships with our clients. Kim has a BS in Organizational Management along with an AS in Small Business Management.
Tina started working as a Staffing Manager in the Bristol, Tennessee office in 1996, not long after it opened. She served as Bristol’s Branch Manager from 1999 until 2005, when she took on the role of Regional Director. Married since 1997, Tina has a 9-year old daughter.
Amanda’s Luttrell Staffing career began in 1997 when she joined the Bristol, TN team as a Staffing Manager. She and her husband, David, moved to Knoxville in 2004, where Amanda opened and managed a new Luttrell Staffing branch, and in 2012, a satellite location in Alcoa. In 2014, Amanda assumed the role of Regional Director over Luttrell Staffing Group’s Knoxville, Alcoa, Sevierville, Suffolk, South Burlington, and Dandridge locations. Married since 1996, she and her husband have one daughter.
Kim joined the Luttrell Staffing team as a receptionist back in 2003 and has been working her way up ever since. She moved to payroll & staffing in 2004, assisting the Vice President of Operations in her duties until being promoted to Rogersville Branch Manager in 2010. In 2017, Kim was promoted to the position of Regional Director over seven Tennessee, Virginia, and California branches. A former Co-Treasurer, Kim remains active in the Hawkins County Personnel Association. When off duty, Kim enjoys serving God through short-term missions, having made five separate trips with her church to Mt. Vernon, Jamaica, to teach Bible school at the Beacon of Hope.
Since joining the Luttrell Staffing team in 2007, Cami has worked every position from Receptionist to Senior Staffing Manager, eventually becoming Branch Manager of the Bristol office in October 2014. After five years as Bristol’s Branch Manager, Cami was promoted in August 2019 to Regional Director over Johnson City, Greeneville, Gainesville, Roanoke, and Morristown. A 2014 LEAD Bristol! graduate, Cami has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from King University.
