Luttrell Staffing Group has promoted Kim Holden to the position of director of business development, effective January 3, 2022.
Formerly a business development manager, Holden’s new role will include providing training and support to the business development team and assisting them in realizing their sales goals. She will also be responsible for the direction and management of national account sales and overall company business development.
After joining Luttrell Staffing Group in 2007 as a staffing manager, Kim moved to business development in 2009, successfully handling accounts from Abingdon, Virginia to Morristown, Tennessee for more than a decade. She is passionate about serving other people and working toward building strong partnerships with clients.
Kim has a BS in Organizational Management and an AS in Small Business Management. In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her family, doing mission work, and doing anything outdoors such as hiking, riding bikes, fishing, and shooting.
