As a native of the Bristol area, Tina has been pivotal in the company’s regional expansion and success. Beginning as a Staffing Manager in the Bristol, TN office shortly after its establishment, she excelled with the company by serving as the Branch Manager of the Bristol, TN branch from 1999 until 2005. Currently, Tina is the company’s longest serving Regional Director who supports a multi-state territory including locations in Tennessee, Virginia and California.
Tina’s legacy is not just measured in years, her documented history of generating new profits and leading award-winning branches proves her unwavering commitment to the company’s core focus of making people matter most. In just the past two years, Tina has generated nearly $250,000 in new gross profit while also prioritizing compliance by exceeding standards, with one of her branch locations receiving the award for ‘Best Loss Ratio’. Her multiple President’s Club wins and recognition as a finalist for the company’s highest honor reflects an unyielding commitment to performance, ethics, and compliance.
